Flying!
I am truly falling in love with jumping. I have the perfect trainer, the perfect horse, and the perfect surroundings. I just love how open everything is, and how easy my trainer is making everything. She really helps me understand what I need to do. I love everything about jumping, and cant wait to get a little higher. Right now I'm jumping 2"6' and it is truly amazing. when ever I jump all I can think about is flying. I just feel like in the air and flying past everything that's bad in my life. Jumping is one of the few time that I'm truly happy, and forget about all bad things going on. I just think of myself, and my horse getting over the jump without knocking a rail. I know that together we are unstoppable.

Boyd Martin
My favorite Eventer, and also my teams favorite eventer is Boyd Martin. He is an amazing Eventer and also just an amazing horseman. He really knows what he is doing and is great at it. He is on the American Olympic team for Eventing, and has won many gold metals. If I recall correctly the American team came in first last Olympic games. He rides his own horses which is very rare for professional horseback riders. Once you get to a surtine level people start asking you to ride their horses in shows. He only uses horses he owns. He is from Australia and his wife is German. They own their own farm somewhere in the US. Boyd is by far the best Eventer around!
Starting up!
Just recently I started doing Eventing. Eventing is a three sport competition In horseback riding. It contains Dressage, Show jumping, and Cross country. It is full skill between horse and rider, and you have to have a very good relationship with your horse. it takes full communication, and it takes a lot of skill. It is very exciting, and also very fun to watch or do. It make horseback riding look even more amazing than it already is. The amount of skill it takes is amazing, and the people that do it are risking their lives ever time they get on a horse. There are many levels to Eventing and right now I'm on the lowest one.[beginner novice] It starting out to be really fun, and I am training really hard so I can begin showing in summer. I also get to go to Eventing camp with my team this summer, its all the way in Kansas. this is going to be a good year for me and Eventing!
